Random thoughts: We seemed lucky to miss the worst of the mosquitoes in the north getting there early in the season and had only about 2 days of rain across Sweden. It was hot in the south, as you would expect, but as there was a heatwave early in the year I think no worse than if we were there before the peak of summer.
