And the north of Spain, super beautiful as well but also super hard climbs😅
Random Thoughts:
A gravel bike is perfectly adequate for the northern section. For France and Spain you’ll probably want to switch to a mountain bike cause of the super hard gravel routes.
The southern section urgently needs to be reworked, as there are far too many insurmountable obstacles there. It becomes very annoying over time. So be prepared to re-plan nearly every day. Nonetheless, the EDT is an incredible adventure that demands absolutely everything from every cyclist, both physically and mentally. So nothing less than probably the greatest challenge of your life
